Summary: As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that integrate artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires ensuring that these solutions are production-ready, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. The engineer actively works on incorporating generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and enhancement of AI-driven solutions to meet evolving requirements.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven applications ensuring scalability and reliability.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives and technical constraints.

Proficiency in Python Frameworks, Python (advanced level - perfo, Agentic AI (LangChain / LangGr).

Strong experience in developing and deploying AI models using cloud and on-premises infrastructures.

In-depth knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world scenarios.

Familiarity with deep learning techniques, neural network architectures, and chatbot development.

Ability to optimize AI pipelines for production environments ensuring high performance and reliability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.

This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
