Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in predictive analytics, deep learning, generative AI, MLOps, and cloud-based AI platforms, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for business applications.
• Develop AI solutions leveraging NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and Predictive Analytics.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for training, validation, and production deployment.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production environments.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, Generative AI, and Data Science.
