Ai Ml Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, MLOps, and cloud-based AI platforms to build scalable and intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for business applications.
• Build and deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Develop predictive, classification, recommendation, and generative AI models.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data preparation and feature engineering.
• Implement NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI use cases.
• Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and AI agents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Establish MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI and data privacy standards.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks:
• TensorFlow
• PyTorch
• Scikit-learn
• Keras
• Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
• Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, and RAG.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
• Experience with APIs and model integration.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data processing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in AI/ML development (adjust as needed).
• Experience delivering end-to-end machine learning solutions in production.
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with enterprise AI solutions and chatbot development.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, Explainable AI (XAI), and AI Governance.
