About this role
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning and AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, BigQuery, Data Engineering, and Cloud-based AI services, with hands-on experience in building scalable data pipelines and AI-driven applications.
This role requires working closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to build production-ready ML solutions and leverage cloud-native technologies for advanced analytics and AI initiatives.
Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using BigQuery and GCP services.
- Develop and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics and business use cases.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data preparation, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Implement data ingestion and ETL/ELT processes using cloud-native services.
- Develop APIs and integrate machine learning models with enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
- Monitor model performance, retraining processes, and production deployments.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across data and AI workflows.
- Optimize query performance and cost management within BigQuery environments.
- Support MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and automation.
- Create technical documentation and provide support for AI/ML solutions.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for machine learning and data processing workflows
- Experience developing, training, and deploying Machine Learning models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery for large-scale data processing, analytics, and feature engineering
- Understanding of the complete ML lifecycle, including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring
- Experience working with Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and other GCP AI/ML services
- Experience with Vertex AI for model training and deployment.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
- Exposure to GCP AI services and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Looker or Power BI.
