Role Overview You will design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that autonomously reason, plan, and act across complex workflows. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into production-grade AI agents for healthcare use cases, with ownership across RAG pipelines, prompts, evaluation, and safety guardrails.
Job Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end RAG pipelines (ingestion, retrieval, grounding, generation) for real-world applications.
- Develop information extraction and ranking models to structure unstructured data.
- Design prompts and agent orchestration (single- and multi-agent), including human-in-the-loop steps.
- Define and run evaluation frameworks for quality, relevance, latency, and reliability.
- Implement safety and compliance guardrails (policies, filters, auditability).
- Integrate AI services with backend APIs, workflows, and dashboards.
- Instrument agents for observability (logging, tracing, error analysis) and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years in AI/ML engineering, including hands-on work with LLMs or conversational AI.
- Strong Python skills and experience with modern backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Node/NestJS).
- Practical experience with NLP and vector-search/RAG (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.).
- Solid understanding of agentic AI patterns, prompt design, and evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with AI safety and responsible AI practices (privacy, fairness, transparency).
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/AI/Data Science or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph or similar).
- Exposure to enterprise/B2B AI products and multilingual document processing.
