Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Data Science to develop, implement and optimize AI/ML models and applications that support business objectives.

The role involves working with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, Generative AI, deep learning technologies, cloud AI services and production-ready pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML models and strategies.
• Design, develop and optimize machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Build AI/ML-based decision-making frameworks and evaluate their business value.
• Work with large datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, transformation and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business requirements.
• Contribute to technical decisions and resolve complex technical problems.
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Data Science.
• Good knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
• Experience with Python or R and machine learning libraries and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Familiarity with Generative AI models and deep learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of neural networks, chatbots and image processing techniques.
• Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Ability to interpret model results and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Data Science.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
