About this role
About the role
Build the AI agents behind our products — reliable, governed and useful in real enterprise work — and help make sure every agent stays safe, auditable and under human command.
What you'll do
- Design, build and evaluate AI agents for real customer workflows
- Improve agent quality through careful evaluation, testing and iteration
- Build guardrails so agents act within agreed permissions and human approval
- Work closely with product and engineering to take agents from prototype to production
- Keep up with the field and bring the right ideas into the products
What you'll bring
- Hands-on experience building applications with modern AI and machine-learning models
- Strong software engineering skills and experience shipping to production
- A rigorous approach to evaluation, measurement and reliability
- Clear communication and comfort with remote, async work
Nice to have
- Experience with AI safety, security or governance
- Experience deploying AI on-premise or in restricted environments
