AI/ML Engineer (5–8 Years Experience)

Role Summary: We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong coding skills, practical ML experience, and expertise in building scalable AI applications. Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience in

Python development with the ability to write clean, scalable, and production-grade code.

• Design, develop, train, and deploy

Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using frameworks such as

Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch .

• Practical experience in building

Generative AI and LLM-based applications , including

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.

• Hands-on expertise with

LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.) , and prompt engineering techniques.

• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms such as

AWS, Azure, or GCP , with knowledge of

Docker, Kubernetes, and API development .

• Strong understanding of

MLOps practices , including model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, and model lifecycle management.

• Experience working with

SQL, data processing, feature engineering, and large-scale datasets using tools such as

Pandas and PySpark .

• Proven track record of delivering

end-to-end AI/ML solutions in production , from problem definition and model development to deployment, optimization, and support.

• Excellent

communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills , with the ability to articulate complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred: Experience with AI Agents, multi-agent frameworks, Graph RAG, knowledge graphs, and enterprise-scale AI solution development.
