AI / ML Developer - Telecom AI Integrations

AcePeak is a telecom and cloud communications company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We provide SMS, Voice, VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS and CPaaS solutions to businesses. We are now adding AI and machine learning to our products and are looking for an AI / ML Developer to join our team in Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities

- Build, train and deploy machine learning models using Python

- Integrate AI features into our telecom products (SMS, Voice, VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS and CPaaS) through APIs

- Work with large volumes of call, messaging and customer data to find patterns and insights

- Build use cases such as fraud and spam detection, call analytics, sentiment analysis, routing and forecasting

- Clean, prepare and analyse data, and build dashboards and reports

- Work with the product and engineering teams to take models from prototype to production

- Monitor model performance and keep improving accuracy

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning or data science

- Strong Python skills with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch

- Good knowledge of SQL and working with large datasets

- Experience building or consuming REST APIs

- Exposure to NLP, speech or LLM APIs is a plus

- Interest in or experience with telecom data is a plus

- B.Tech / B.E. or B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or a related field
