Key Responsibilities

• Model Implementation: Develop and fine-tune ML models for Computer Vision, OCR, classification, and predictive tasks using YOLO, OpenCV, and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Data Engineering Foundations: Participate in data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and dataset validation pipelines.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Exposure: Learn to deploy and monitor basic models using AWS services like Lambda, S3, and EC2.
• Research & Experimentation: Explore open-source models, frameworks, and generative AI tools to help solve unique business challenges.
• Pipeline Ownership: Build and maintain robust data engineering and feature engineering pipelines.
• API Integration: Wrap models into clean, efficient APIs using FastAPI or Flask for seamless platform integration.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Partner with senior engineers to translate business workflows into autonomous AI agents, while maintaining clean code repositories (Git) and thorough technical documentation.

Qualifications & Core Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of professional, hands-on experience in an AI/ML development role.
• Programming: Strong proficiency in

Python is a MUST, with clean coding practices.

• Core ML & CV Stack: Strong foundational knowledge of ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow) and Computer Vision libraries (

OpenCV, YOLO ).

• GenAI Exposure: Practical familiarity with Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g.,

LangChain or LlamaIndex).

• Databases: Solid understanding of SQL; exposure to NoSQL and Vector Databases (

FAISS, Pinecone ) is highly preferred.

• Cloud & MLOps: Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience with cloud AI workflows, specifically

AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, EC2, S3).

• Data Engineering: Basic experience with data engineering pipelines or platforms like Databricks is a significant advantage.
• Frameworks (Academic or Project experience): Familiarity with at least one framework like scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, or YOLO.
• The AI Edge: Basic exposure to Generative AI concepts (Prompt engineering, LLMs, or LangChain) through personal projects or coursework.
• Soft Skills: An intense curiosity to learn, adaptability to new technologies, and strong communication skills.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with building basic APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience with git version control or data visualization tools (Plotly, Matplotlib).
