Job Summary

Programmers.IO is currently looking to hire AI/ML Architecture Delivery Leader on a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related field. 8+ years of overall software engineering experience. Minimum 5+ years leading AI/ML architecture and delivery initiatives. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI programs. Demonstrated expertise in project estimation, presales, and solutioning. Experience engaging directly with clients, leadership teams, and business stakeholders. Remote (PAN INDIA).

We are seeking an experienced and highly hands-on AI/ML Architecture Delivery Leader who has progressed through the ranks from a strong software engineering background, with deep expertise in Python development and architecture, and has evolved into a trusted AI/ML solution architect.

This is not a pure people-management role. We are looking for a technology leader who remains actively involved in solution design, architecture reviews, technical decision-making, project estimation, client engagements, and delivery execution.

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to conceptualize, architect, estimate, lead, and successfully deliver end-to-end AI initiatives while also contributing to the company's growth by identifying, shaping, and driving new AI opportunities and offerings.

Responsibilities

• AI Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise-scale projects.
• AI Solution Architecture: Define scalable architectures, technology stacks, deployment models, and integration strategies.
• AI Solution Architecture: Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• AI Solution Architecture: Drive technical design decisions across multiple concurrent engagements.
• AI Solution Architecture: Establish reusable frameworks, accelerators, and AI delivery methodologies.
• Hands-On Technical Leadership: Remain actively involved in coding, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and solution validation.
• Hands-On Technical Leadership: Guide teams in Python-based development, code quality, system design, and performance optimization.
• Hands-On Technical Leadership: Review architecture, implementation plans, and critical code components.
• Hands-On Technical Leadership: Mentor engineering teams on AI, ML, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG architectures, and cloud-native development.
• Delivery Ownership: Own AI project execution from discovery through production deployment.
