Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing AI and Data team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI-powered applications, automation solutions, predictive analytics models, and enterprise-grade AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production environments.
• Build and optimize AI solutions using supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models for business use cases.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI agents
• Develop data pipelines and feature engineering workflows for model training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Deploy and monitor AI models using MLOps best practices.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of AI applications.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
• Create technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.

Required Skills & Qulaification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as: (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, etc.).
• Strong understanding of: (NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Predictive Analysis, Recommendation Systems)
• Experience with RAG frameworks and vector databases such as: (Pinecone, Weavite, Chroma, FAISS)
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience with containerization and deployment tools: (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of CI/CD and MLOps practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building enterprise AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI.
• Experience integrating AI models with business applications and APIs.
• Exposure to Agentic AI, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with chatbot, voicebot, or conversational AI implementations.
• Familiarity with data engineering tools such as Apache Spark, Airflow, or Databricks.
• AI certifications from Microsoft, AWS, Google, or leading AI platforms.

Location Preference: Chennai, Coimbatore (or) Madurai (Offshore Delivery Center)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
