Compensation: $30–$160/hour About the Opportunity This opportunity is for experienced Machine Learning Engineers who are passionate about building and optimizing intelligent systems. The role involves applying machine learning expertise to solve real-world problems, develop high-quality models, and contribute to the advancement of next-generation AI systems. No prior experience in AI training is required. Strong machine learning expertise and hands-on experience building production-ready solutions are the primary qualifications for success in this role. Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models using TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, and related technologies.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data transformation to create high-quality datasets for model development.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning solutions for complex business and technical challenges.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into machine learning solutions.
- Document methodologies, experiments, and technical findings in a clear and reproducible manner.
- Communicate technical concepts and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging machine learning techniques, tools, and best practices. Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- TensorFlow
- Scikit-Learn
- Python
- Deep understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data quality management.
- Experience with model evaluation, performance tuning, and validation methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience working on large-scale machine learning systems.
- Familiarity with deep learning, neural networks, and advanced machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and production monitoring.
- Contributions to machine learning research, open-source projects, or technical publications. Compensation
