Required Technical Skill Set
- Experience in endtoend AI strategy and execution across the SDLC for Connected Plant solutions, spanning
- MES / Custom implementations
- Industrial AI products and implementations
- Manufacturing IT, OT Solutions (Custom , data , Historian , Integration and others)
- Handson experience with AIpowered SDLC tools
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and large scale delivery models.
Must-Have
- Strong experience in software engineering / solution delivery, with exposure to manufacturing or industrial systems.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and largescale delivery models.
- Handson experience with AI for SDLC tools (e.g., coding assistants, test automation, AIOps).
- Ability to translate AI into enterprisescale, governed solutions
- Candidate should have below technical competency level
- AI E1
- Gen AI – E1
- SDLC – E2/E3
Good-to-Have
- Strong Communication skills
- External certifications on AI/GenAI
- Understanding of Plants, Supply chain and Enterprise systems
