About the Role

We are looking for an experienced an AI – Junior/Mid QA Manual & Automation Engineer with expertise in automation engineering, AI-assisted testing, UX validation, and Agile delivery, who can work independently, take ownership, identify requirement gaps and risks, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test scripts.

· Create test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business requirements.

· Execute manual and automated testing using Playwright (preferred), Selenium, or similar tools.

· Leverage AI-assisted testing tools for test generation, validation, and defect analysis.

· Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.

· Conduct UX testing to ensure usability, accessibility, and a seamless user experience.

· Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

· Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.

· Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

· Proactively identify requirement gaps, ambiguities, and risks, and work with stakeholders to resolve them.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 3–4 years of experience in QA Automation and Software Testing.

· Strong experience in manual testing and automation scripting.

· Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferred), Selenium, or similar frameworks.

· Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or C#.

· Experience with AI-assisted testing tools and techniques.

· Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.

· Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.

· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience testing AI-powered applications.

· Exposure to AWS or Azure.

· Knowledge of performance testing tools.

· Experience with Appium or mobile automation testing.

· Strong ownership and accountability.

· Ability to work independently in an Agile environment.

· Attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Passion for automation, quality engineering, and AI-driven testing.
