• Technical Learning: Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop technical skills within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

• Digitalization Roadmap Adherence: Adhere to the Disciplines Digitalization Roadmap, utilizing designated tools and processes to ensure efficiency in their work.
• Continuous Improvement Identification: Contribute to the identification of potential improvements to existing processes and methodologies based on their experience.
