Job Summary
We are looking for an AI Implementation Manager to drive the implementation and adoption of Limitless at client locations. The role involves working closely with client stakeholders across corporate offices and manufacturing plants to understand business processes, coordinate implementation activities and ensure successful platform adoption.
The ideal candidate will have an MBA or PGDM, experience as a management trainee at a manufacturing company, strong communication skills and hands-on exposure to plant operations. This role requires operational discipline, stakeholder management and the ability to take ownership of implementation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary point of contact during implementation.
Understand existing business processes, operational workflows, approval structures and plant-floor activities.
Coordinate with client teams to configure, test and implement workflows based on actual business requirements.
Support data connection verification, user and role mapping, workflow testing and implementation readiness.
Drive user onboarding, training and adoption across corporate offices and manufacturing plants.
Track implementation progress, identify operational challenges and ensure timely resolution of blockers.
Monitor user adoption and operational performance against baselines established at project kickoff.
Prepare implementation updates, reports and documentation using client data and business reports.
Communicate risks and implementation challenges proactively, escalating issues with clear recommendations.
Capture client feedback and operational insights and share them with the AI Product Solutions Lead.

Education and Experience
MBA / PGDM from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 B-school.
Typically 12 years of experience after MBA/PGDM, including the management trainee stint.
Prior experience as a management trainee at a manufacturing company is required.
Hands-on plant-floor exposure is mandatory.
Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management and operational execution skills.
Exposure to manufacturing operations, ERP/MES systems such as SAP or Tally, or enterprise software implementation will be an advantage.
Work Location and Travel
The role is based out of Bengaluru, with deployment at client sites across India for the duration of implementation projects. Candidates must be comfortable working at both corporate offices and manufacturing plants and travelling as required.
Reporting Structure
The AI Implementation Manager will report to the AI Product Solutions Lead and work closely with client stakeholders and internal product teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
