AI Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and AI-first Graphic Designer who can combine strong design fundamentals with modern AI-powered creative tools to create visually compelling digital, motion, event and print assets. The ideal candidate should be passionate about new-age design trends, generative AI, animation, visual storytelling and emerging creative technologies. Prior experience working with an IT Services, SaaS, Technology, Digital Transformation or B2B organization will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Social Media Design

• Create high-quality static creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, email campaigns and other digital platforms.
• Design social media campaigns, carousels, infographics, banners, thumbnails and promotional creatives.
• Develop visually engaging content around AI, Cloud, Technology, SaaS and Digital Transformation.
• Adapt creative concepts across multiple digital formats and platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh and modern design ideas.

AI-Powered Creative Design

• Use Generative AI for creative ideation, image generation, editing and visual exploration.
• Create AI-generated visuals and enhance them using professional design tools.
• Develop effective prompts and workflows for high-quality creative assets.
• Stay updated with emerging AI design, image and video-generation tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative quality and speed using AI.

Motion Graphics Animation

• Create modern animations, motion graphics, animated social posts and short-form videos.
• Transform static creatives into engaging motion content.
• Create animated infographics, typography, transitions, promotional videos and event content.
• Support reels, short videos and digital marketing assets.

Event Large-Format Design

• Design event backdrops, exhibition booths, stage branding, standees, posters, banners and signage.
• Create brochures, certificates, merchandise and other event/corporate collateral.
• Understand large-format printing and production requirements including dimensions, resolution, bleed, crop marks, CMYK/RGB and print-ready exports.

Corporate Marketing Collateral

• Design presentations, pitch decks, case studies, brochures, one-pagers and solution sheets.
• Support marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, partnerships and corporate events.
• Convert complex technology concepts into simple, engaging and visually appealing communication.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Leadership teams.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, layout, composition and colour theory.
• Ability to create modern, premium and technology-focused visual designs.
• Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking.
• Experience with both digital and print design.
• Understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
• Experience in motion graphics and animations.
• Knowledge of large-format printing and production processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva
• Motion Video: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Jitter, Rive
• AI Design Image: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Ideogram, Recraft
• AI Video - Preferred: Runway, Kling, Google Veo, Luma or similar platforms

Preferred Background

• 3-6 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Prior experience with IT Services, SaaS, Technology, Consulting, Digital or B2B organizations is highly preferred.
• Experience creating content around AI
