The Role 🎯 We’re looking for an experienced

Full Stack Developer who

embraces AI as a development accelerator —not as a replacement for engineering. You should be comfortable building modern web applications using technologies such as Next.js, React, TypeScript and Node.js while leveraging tools like Claude Code, Cursor or similar AI-assisted IDEs to improve productivity. The ideal candidate understands software engineering fundamentals, writes maintainable code, reviews AI-generated code critically, and knows when AI is helping—and when it’s wrong. If your workflow consists only of prompting until something works, this role isn’t for you.

What You'll Do ✅

• Design and build scalable web applications using modern technologies.
• Develop clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate implementation while maintaining full ownership of the codebase.
• Review, refactor and improve AI-generated code before it reaches production.
• Design APIs and application architecture.
• Debug complex issues across frontend and backend.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams.
• Continuously improve development workflows and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Required Skills 🎯 What we’re looking for:

Strong software engineering fundamentals

• Advanced JavaScript / TypeScript
• React
• Next.js
• Node.js
• REST APIs
• Git / GitHub
• SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Modern package managers (pnpm, npm, yarn)

AI assisted development You should already be using tools such as:

• Claude Code
• Cursor
• GitHub Copilot
• ChatGPT
• Equivalent AI coding assistants You understand, how to:
• Decompose problems into engineering tasks
• Guide AI effectively
• Verify generated code
• Detect inaccuracies & hallucinations
• Make sound architectural and engineering decisions based on best practices, not based on AI suggestions.

What we’re not looking for 🚫 This role is

not suited for someone who:

• Uses AI to generate code without understanding how it works
• Relies on prompts instead of applying engineering skills
• Cannot debug AI-generated code
• Struggles to explain technical or architectural decisions
• Assumes AI-generated output to be automatically correct

The Ideal Profile 💎 What makes you successful:

• 5+ years of professional

experience as a Developer.

• 2+ years of experience in

AI .

Core Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of

software architecture.

• Ability to read and understand large, existing codes.
• Proficient in debugging and writing maintainable codes.
• Strong focus on performance & security.
• Good understanding of testing.
• Ability to critically review and improve your own work.
• Curiosity about new technologies and AI workflows.

Nice to have experience with

• Docker, CI/CD, Vercel, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, Prisma and Supabase.
• AI SDKs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel AI SDK).
• Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Building AI-powered applications.
