About the Role We are looking for an
AI-First Software QA Engineer who can keep pace with modern AI-powered software development. Our developers extensively use AI tools to build software faster than traditional development teams. We need a QA professional who embraces the same AI-first mindset and can validate software with speed, intelligence, and attention to detail. This is
not a traditional testing role. You'll work across multiple client projects every day, rapidly switching between applications, understanding business requirements quickly, identifying risks, and ensuring every release meets our quality standards.

1. Strong Manual Testing Skills You should have solid experience in:
- Requirement Analysis
- Test Planning
- Test Case Design
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing

- Security Testing basics

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Cross-browser/device Testing

- Must have experience testing AI-powered applications You naturally think beyond the happy path and enjoy discovering issues before customers do.
2. AI-First Testing Mindset AI is part of your daily workflow—not an occasional tool. You should be comfortable using AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gemini
- GitHub Copilot
- Cursor
- Playwright AI features
- Or similar emerging AI testing tools You should know how to use AI for:
- Generating test cases
- Creating edge-case scenarios
- Producing realistic test data
- Writing automation scripts
- Improving bug reports
- Requirement analysis
- Test documentation
- Exploratory testing ideas
- Root cause analysis
- Regression impact analysis Most importantly, you can validate AI-generated results instead of blindly trusting them.
3. Automation Knowledge Hands-on experience with one or more of:
- Selenium
- Playwright
- Cypress
- Appium
- Or similar Basic scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages is expected. Experience with following is highly desirable.:
- API Testing (Postman)
- Git
- Browser Developer Tools
