About the Role
Turn business conversations into solutions that teams can confidently build and use. As an AI ERP Technical Business Analyst, you will work with US stakeholders, understand complex finance and operations needs and translate them into clear workflows, requirements and acceptance criteria.
What You Will Do
- Lead discovery sessions and communicate confidently with US stakeholders
- Map current and future finance and operations workflows
- Convert business needs into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineers, ERP specialists and product teams through delivery
- Use AI to accelerate research, meeting synthesis and documentation, while validating every conclusion
- Identify automation and agent opportunities with clear value and controls
- Support testing, change adoption and issue resolution through completion
What You Bring
- 3 to 6 years as a business analyst, technical analyst or ERP consultant
- Strong requirements, process-mapping and stakeholder-management skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to connect business goals with technical details
- Structured thinking, adaptability and clear ownership
Preferred
- Dynamics 365, NetSuite or another ERP platform
- Finance, supply chain or operations process experience
- APIs, SQL, reporting or integration concepts
- Experience with AI tools, automation or product discovery
