AI & Enterprise Search Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with strong expertise in Python, full-stack development, cloud technologies, Enterprise Search, and Agentic AI. The role involves designing and implementing scalable applications, AI-powered search solutions, and Agentic AI capabilities while supporting critical enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be able to independently drive complex technical solutions from architecture and design through implementation, deployment, and production support, while collaborating closely with business and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based full-stack applications across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.
• Design and implement Enterprise Search solutions, including search architecture, indexing strategies, and search optimization.
• Work with OpenSearch and related search technologies to develop scalable and relevant search solutions.
• Design and implement AI-powered search experiences using modern AI/ML and LLM technologies.
• Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions aligned with enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Design scalable application architectures and independently drive solutions from architecture and design through deployment and production support.
• Own and support critical enterprise applications, ensuring stability, performance, enhancements, and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions across application and search platforms.
• Improve search relevance, performance, scalability, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and implement innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Support application deployments, production releases, monitoring, incident resolution, and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, development standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software/full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and full-stack application development.
• Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong hands-on experience with Enterprise Search technologies and search architecture.
• Experience with OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or similar search platforms.
• Strong understanding of indexing strategies, search relevance, querying, and search optimization.
• Experience developing AI-powered search solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLM-based applications, AI agents, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong experience in application deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and operational stability.
• Ability to independently handle complex technical solutions from design through production.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI/agent frameworks.
• Experience with OpenSearch AI capabilities and hybrid/vector search.
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and model integration.
• Experience improving search relevance through ranking, tuning, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale digital platforms and critical production applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps, monitoring, logging, and application performance optimization.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and distributed cross-functional teams.
