Role Description This is a contract AI Engineer role based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The AI Engineer will design, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models, including pattern recognition and neural network solutions for real-world applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prototyping algorithms, developing production-ready software components, integrating AI models into existing systems, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements. The role also involves evaluating model performance, refining architectures, documenting solutions, and staying current with advancements in AI and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience in building, testing, and deploying reliable software systems.
• Skills in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including experience designing, training, and tuning models for practical use cases.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), with the ability to develop and integrate language-based AI solutions.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python, Java, or C++) and experience with ML/AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience working with data pipelines, model evaluation metrics, and version control tools (e.g., Git), along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid environment, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Building Frameworks using AI tools.
• Independent Researcher and implement AI Models.
