AI Engineering Lead

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering professional with strong expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and modern software engineering practices. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver AI projects in production, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive scalable AI solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with Python, AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, containerization, and MLOps tools. Strong system design, leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for successfully driving AI initiatives and mentoring technical teams.

• Proven track record of leading and delivering AI projects in production environments
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Machine learning, and data science principles
• Expert in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.)
• Solid understanding of system design and software engineering best practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field
• 8+ years in software/AI engineering, with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude
