About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong AI leader to own the architecture and delivery of enterprise
AI solutions. The role will lead multiple engineering teams, establish technology standards, drive
production delivery, and ensure measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1 Define the enterprise AI technology roadmap and solution architecture.
2 Lead multiple AI engineering teams through technical leads.
3 Architect scalable solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, MCP, machine
learning, and multimodal AI.
4 Develop reusable AI platforms, services, frameworks, and engineering standards.
5 Own delivery planning, execution, dependencies, risks, and release readiness.
6 Conduct architecture and critical code reviews and guide the resolution of complex technical
issues.
7 Establish standards for AI evaluation, security, governance, testing, observability, reliability,
and cost optimisation.
8 Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritise initiatives and define measurable
outcomes.
9 Mentor technical leaders through coaching, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and
engineering best practices.
Required Experience
1 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, architecture, or technology delivery.
2 Proven experience delivering production-grade AI or Generative AI solutions.
3 Experience leading multiple engineering teams or technical leads.
4 Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, MCP, machine learning, and AI evaluation.
5 Strong experience with Python, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and SQL.6 Experience with cloud AI services, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, and
observability.
7 Strong stakeholder management, technical decision-making, and delivery ownership.
Preferred Experience
Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry, with exposure to
enterprise AI strategy, scalable AI platforms, applied machine learning, Generative AI, intelligent
automation, responsible AI, and organisation-wide AI adoption.
