Role Description The AI Engineer will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven components within production software systems in a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and integrating machine learning models, collaborating with backend and frontend engineers, and using data to improve application functionality and performance. The role involves exploring and prototyping AI solutions, refining them into stable, maintainable services, and ensuring they align with business requirements. The AI Engineer will participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing, while continuously learning and adapting modern AI techniques to real-world use cases.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices.
• 2+ yeras of experience is required
• proficiency in python and SQL is required.
• Candidates should possess skills in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) for designing text-based and language-aware features.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and SQL-based data systems.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional engineering teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git), basic cloud concepts, and documentation and testing practices is an advantage.
