Job Summary We are hiring a Data Scientist / AI Engineer (1–3 years of experience) with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. This role is focused on solving real-world industrial and business problems using modern AI techniques, ranging from predictive analytics and time-series modeling to next-generation GenAI systems. You will work on end-to-end AI solutions—from data preparation and model development to deployment and monitoring. The role demands strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, with the ability to build scalable and production-ready AI applications. As part of the AI team, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Domain teams to develop innovative AI solutions while continuously exploring emerging technologies and best practices.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions for industrial and business use cases.
• Build and optimize machine learning models for applications such as: + Time-series forecasting + Predictive analytics + Anomaly detection + Classification and regression problems
• Develop deep learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including: + Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines + Prompt engineering + AI assistants and intelligent knowledge systems + LLM evaluation and optimization
• Work with vector databases, embedding models, and modern GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and performance optimization.
• Deploy and maintain AI solutions using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Stay updated with advancements in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience working with time-series data, forecasting, anomaly detection, or predictive modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI applications and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Understanding of: + RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) + Prompt Engineering + Embedding Models + Vector Databases + LLM Evaluation
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Basic understanding of Docker and deployment concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience fine-tuning and deploying open-source LLMs.
• Knowledge of Industrial IoT, Manufacturing, Energy, or Process Industry use cases.
• Exposure to Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
