AI Engineer

Need an experienced Databricks MLOps Engineer to serve as the Databricks technical lead for the client program. The role will partner closely with the migration team, providing technical guidance, governance, and implementation support.

The individual will be responsible for ensuring assets are successfully onboarded to the Databricks platform, designing and developing new Databricks-native pipelines, establishing MLOps best practices, and enabling the existing engineering team through coaching and hands-on support. This role will act as the bridge between the migration team and delivery teams to ensure consistent architecture, optimal platform utilization, and long-term sustainability of the Databricks ecosystem.

The person should be adept in MLOps/ML Engineering workflows. The team needs a member to deploy ML models/build automated pipelines with scheduled trigger for refreshing the models in the new DBX environment. MLE will be responsible to assess requirements and own the deployment of ML models in production. There are two primary tasks - Text Mining ML model for topic modelling and Activation model for registered users to 1st Transaction (AU market).
