About this role
You will join a team turning language models into reliable, auditable features inside clinical and financial products. Your work covers retrieval, orchestration, fine-tuning and the evaluation needed to trust these systems in production.
What you ll do
- Design and build RAG pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, vector search and re-ranking.
- Develop agentic applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar.
- Fine-tune and evaluate models for domain-specific tasks.
- Deploy and operate models on cloud platforms (for example Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or Vertex AI).
- Build evaluation, monitoring and guardrails so outputs stay accurate, safe and auditable.
What we re looking for
- Two or more years building AI or ML applications in production.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, agentic frameworks and model fine-tuning.
- Experience with cloud-hosted model services and strong Python skills.
- Nice to have: a solid ML foundation (classical modeling, feature engineering, model evaluation).
