AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production grade Agentic AI solutions for enterprise environments. This is a hands on engineering role focused on developing intelligent agents, multi agent workflows, orchestration frameworks, and supporting infrastructure that can operate securely, reliably, and at scale in production.

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and multi agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and related orchestration tools.
• Build and optimize prompt engineering workflows across multiple Large Language Models (LLMs), including GPT, Claude, and Llama, balancing performance, cost, reliability, and latency.
• Develop RESTful APIs, WebSocket services, and event driven architectures to support real time AI applications and integrations. Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms, applications, and business workflows. Deploy and manage AI applications following enterprise architecture, security, governance, and scalability standards. Build automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and maintain development best practices through Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Leverage AI assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Codex to accelerate software delivery.Collaborate with product, platform, data, and security teams to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions. Design and manage data integration pipelines, knowledge sources, and data layer curation required for agentic AI applications. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed AI systems to ensure operational excellence and business value. 3 to 5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 1 year of hands on experience building and deploying Agentic AI applications in production environments. Strong proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices. Practical experience with Large Language Models and prompt engineering throughout the application lifecycle. Demonstrated expertise in building AI agents and workflows using LangGraph and related agent frameworks. Experience with at least one enterprise AI platform such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Gemini Enterprise, including cloud native deployment practices. Strong understanding of API development, WebSockets, event driven systems, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated software delivery processes.
• Familiarity with AI powered development tools for rapid prototyping and productivity enhancement.
