AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop AI components using advanced models, prompts, retrieval systems, tools, APIs, and data services.
• Build robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and reliable agentic workflows featuring structured outputs, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Create test cases and evaluation metrics to monitor model quality, safety, latency, and cost. Investigate application failures, refine prompts/retrieval, and maintain regression coverage.
• Apply company standards for data privacy, cybersecurity, content safety, and responsible AI.
• Connect AI components with enterprise applications using secure APIs and microservices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, environment configurations, and production support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, engineering, or data science.
• Relevant cloud, Azure, machine learning, or software engineering certifications are advantageous.
• 3-7 years of software, machine learning, or AI engineering experience, with hands-on generative AI delivery preferred.
• Proficient in Python and AI application development.
• Expertise in LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Experience with API and enterprise integration.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation and observability.
• Strong foundation in software engineering practices (version control, testing, and production support).
