AI Engineer

Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in ML engineering, applied AI, or AI infrastructure, building things that work in production, not just notebooks.
• Strong Python engineering skills: "clean abstractions, production-quality implementations, and good testing practices"
• Experience working with LLMs: prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and deploying ML systems reliably at scale.
• Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQLite) and complex query design.
• Strong debugging skills: when something breaks in production, you diagnose and fix it fast.
• Startup experience: you have worn multiple hats, shipped things under pressure, and figured things out without a playbook.
