Requirements:
- Nice-to-have moves you up the pile.
- 3 to 6 years of engineering experience, strong in TypeScript or Python, comfortable owning a service end-to-end.
- Shipped agents that take real actions in production, not conversational demos.
- Hands-on with agent frameworks, tool calling, RAG, and eval design.
- Product instinct for telling a good agent from a good demo.
- Comfortable in ambiguity, on a small team, moving fast.
Nice to have:
