AI Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in developing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, and modern AI frameworks.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions.
• Build Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based applications.
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Integrate AI models and services with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Work with vector databases and semantic search frameworks.
• Develop scalable, production-ready AI and machine learning solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Architects, and Business Teams to solve business problems.
• Evaluate, optimize, and monitor AI model performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and Machine Learning.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
• Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and model deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
