Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications for business use cases.
- Build AI-powered automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Work with APIs, AI models, prompt engineering, and AI frameworks to develop intelligent applications.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing business applications, databases, and internal systems.
- Develop and optimize chatbots, virtual assistants, recommendation systems, document-processing solutions, and other AI applications.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to prepare datasets and support AI model development.
- Evaluate AI models for accuracy, performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement appropriate testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends and assess their applicability to the organization.
- Ensure AI solutions follow appropriate standards relating to data security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI usage.

These figures are a testament to SMHFC’s growing customer base, acceptance in the Indian Housing Finance Arena, and Business Model Sustainability.
