Job Title: AI Engineer (Agentic AI) AWS & Microsoft Copilot Studio
Location: India
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS AI Services, and modern Generative AI frameworks.
This role will focus on building AI-powered assistants, multi-agent workflows, enterprise search experiences, and intelligent process automation using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-native AI services. The ideal candidate will bridge AI engineering, software engineering, and cloud architecture to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions.
Copilot Studio capabilities are expected to include orchestration, knowledge grounding, connectors, flows, prompts, REST APIs, and integration with enterprise data sources.
Key Responsibilities Agentic AI Development - Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build multi-agent and agent-to-agent workflows.
- Implement conversational AI, task automation, and intelligent assistants.
- Develop enterprise knowledge assistants using RAG architectures.
- Create reusable AI skills, tools, prompts, and orchestrations.
- Develop and maintain Copilot Studio agents leveraging:
- Copilot Studio
- Dataverse
- Power Automate
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Teams
- REST APIs
- Enterprise Connectors
- Configure knowledge grounding from enterprise content repositories.
- Design conversation flows, actions, prompts, and AI-driven workflows.
