Toystack AI is building enterprise-grade agentic AI systems that automate complex workflows, surface insights from fragmented knowledge bases, and deploy reliable AI at scale. We're a small, high-conviction team that moves fast and ships real products.

We're looking for an AI Engineer (3–5 years) who is hands-on with Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and AI agent development. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bengaluru (near MG Road / Church Street Metro).

What You'll Do

• Implement AI agent features and tasks assigned by the senior engineer or project manager using Python and LangChain/LangGraph
• Build, test, and demo features end-to-end — from implementation through to delivery
• Debug production issues across the stack, including backend (Python) and Node.js components
• Participate in client calls with US-based clients; contribute to requirement discussions and scoping
• Collaborate with a lean, cross-functional team and take ownership of assigned deliverables
• Write clean, structured code — independently, without reliance on AI-generated output
  
  

Must Haves

• Strong Python proficiency — able to write structured, readable code from scratch
• Working knowledge of LangChain and/or LangGraph — understands the AI agent lifecycle
• Basic Node.js knowledge — can read, debug, and reason through Node code
• Understanding of AI/LLM concepts: agents, RAG, vector databases
• Minimum 3 years of total engineering experience
• Engineering background — diploma, BCA, BSc, MSc, MCA, or equivalent
• Comfortable being client-facing; flexible on timings for US client calls
• Comfortable commuting to the Bengaluru office near MG Road / Church Street Metro

• Production experience building and deploying AI agents
• React knowledge
• Docker (Kubernetes a bonus
• Health tech or health insurance domain background
• LangSmith or equivalent observability tooling experience
