AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in agentic AI, LLMs, and AI orchestration frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for building autonomous AI workflows that can support software development activities from requirements analysis through coding, review, and testing.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop agentic AI and multi-agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build AI agents for planning, coding, code review, and testing.
• Integrate AI workflows with Jira and software development processes.
• Implement model routing, retry mechanisms, fallback strategies, and token cost optimization.
• Develop AI governance mechanisms, including prompt injection prevention, context management, and memory management.
• Build automated AI quality and evaluation pipelines using RAGAS.
• Work with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI/Azure OpenAI, and other LLM platforms.
• Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, and human intervention controls for AI workflows.
• Develop supporting applications and APIs using Node.js and React.

Requirements:

• Required Skills: Agentic AI / Generative AI / LLM, LangChain and LangGraph, Multi-Agent Orchestration, RAG and RAGAS, AI Governance and Prompt Injection Prevention, Token Spend / Cost Management, Context and Memory Management, Model Routing and Retry Mechanisms, AWS Bedrock and Azure AI, Node.js and React, AI monitoring and observability.
• 7+ years of experience in software/AI engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience building production-grade LLM/agentic AI applications.
• Experience working with multiple LLM providers and model-agnostic architectures.
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
