AI Engineer (Python & Azure AI)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with 4–5 years of professional experience in Python development and hands-on expertise with Azure AI services. The ideal candidate will design and implement intelligent applications leveraging frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, while building scalable RAG pipelines and integrating advanced document intelligence solutions. This role requires technical depth, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with emerging agent frameworks. Candidates with experience in CI/CD, embeddings, and modern software engineering practices will thrive in this environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop AI solutions using Python and Azure AI services.
• Implement RAG pipelines with ingestion, chunking, and embedding strategies.
• Integrate LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith into production-ready applications.
• Leverage Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and Azure Document Intelligence for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy AI-driven applications.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure best practices in version control and GitHub workflows.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong Python (Hands-on)
• LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith
• Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence (for RAG ingestion layer)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Alternative agent frameworks: CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex
• Programming tools: .NET, Java
• RAG pipeline knowledge
• CI/CD pipelines, chunking, embedding, GitHub

Required Qualifications:

• Experience : 4–5 years in AI/ML engineering, software development, or related fields.
• Certifications :
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• TensorFlow Developer Certificate or equivalent AI/ML credentials.
• Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline.
