Role Overview
We are seeking a high-calibreAI Engineer - Leadto spearhead end-to-end design, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI/ML solutions. The role is critical to driving automation, predictive analytics, and data-driven intelligence across business use cases, ensuring scalable and compliant AI deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deployAI/ML modelsaligned to defined business use cases.
- Performdata preprocessing, feature engineering, and model trainingon structured and unstructured datasets.
- Integrate AI models into enterprise applications viaAPIs and microservices.
- Monitor, optimise, and continuously enhancemodel performance in productionenvironments.
- ImplementMLOps frameworksto ensure reliability, version control, and governance.
- Ensure strict adherence todata privacy, information security, and ethical AI guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, RPA, and Data teams, to drive solution adoption.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members on AI best practices.
Core Competencies
- Strong expertise inPython, ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-Learn)
- Experience inAPI integration, model deployment, and production monitoring
- Hands-on exposure tocloud AI platforms (Azure / IBM / equivalent)
- Sound understanding ofAI governance, data security, and compliance standards
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.
Education
BE / BTech / MTech / MSc (IT, Mathematics, Physics) / MCA
Certifications ( Highly Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Artificial Intelligence Engineer
- IBM AI Engineering Professional Certificate
- IBM Data Science Professional Certificate
