At Damco, we're looking for an AI Engineer (Forward Deployed) who can work directly with customers, understand complex business challenges, and turn ideas into production-ready AI solutions.

This is more than a traditional engineering role. You'll own the entire journey from understanding the problem and designing the architecture to building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade AI systems.

What we're looking for:

4+ years of software engineering experience
Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based solutions in production
Strong understanding of system architecture and engineering fundamentals
Experience with AI agents, RAG, context engineering, evaluations, and guardrails
Ability to work with coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor
End-to-end ownership of deployment, security, monitoring, and operations
Strong communication and customer-facing problem-solving skills
