AI Engineer (CRM/ERP/Salesforce + GenAI)

Looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a strong CRM, ERP, or Salesforce background and proven expertise in delivering AI/GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.

Must Have

10-15 years of experience in CRM/ERP/Salesforce platforms
Hands-on implementation of GenAI/AI solutions in production
Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle ERP
Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering
Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot
Python, APIs, Integrations, and Enterprise Architecture experience

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions across CRM/ERP platforms.
• Develop AI Assistants, Copilots, and Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Drive end-to-end AI transformation initiatives and business process optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement high-impact AI use cases.
