Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft technologies, particularly in MS Copilot 365, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity and streamline processes. You will be responsible for leveraging Microsoft Foundry, D365, and digital forms to meet statutory requirements and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using MS Copilot 365 to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows and systems.
• Utilize Microsoft Foundry and D365 to create and manage digital forms that comply with statutory requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on AI-related projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and Microsoft technologies.
• Document processes, methodologies, and best practices for AI implementation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Copilot 365 is a deal breaker.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Foundry and D365.
• Expertise in developing digital forms and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and machine learning algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in AI engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience in implementing AI solutions in a corporate environment.
