Summary The AI Engineer role focuses on enhancing the integration of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT within the organization. The primary goal is to facilitate effective use of AI across various teams, driving digital transformation through innovative applications of AI technology. Location: Pune Mode: Hybrid Main Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for generative AI tools like ChatGPT to maximize business value.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and success criteria for GenAI adoption.
• Create and deliver engaging training sessions and resources to empower employees on the practical use of generative AI.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practice guides for GenAI tool usage.
• Explore emerging GenAI tools and pilot innovative use cases to drive digital transformation.
• Foster a collaborative environment by sharing insights and methodologies across teams. Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Communications, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT.
• Experience designing instructional content or conducting workshops.
• Experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering in Python.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and applications. Nice to Have:
• Teaching experience in AI technologies.
• Strong familiarity with current trends in generative AI.
