AI Engineer with 4+ years of experience at AskGalore, Bhopal. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions across Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Data Science, and applied AI product development. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to build scalable, production-ready AI products and services. The ideal candidate should be hands-on in coding, comfortable building AI applications end-to-end, and capable of integrating AI models into real-world software platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business applications.
• Work on LLMs, NLP, RAG-based systems, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and embeddings.
• Build and optimize ML/DL models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or similar frameworks.
• Develop APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate AI/ML models with web applications, dashboards, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with product, full-stack, data engineering, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Support deployment of AI models using cloud, containers, and MLOps best practices.
• Maintain clean, modular, well-documented code with proper version control. Must-Have Skills
• Strong programming skills in

Python and backend/API development using

FastAPI or similar frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with

LLMs, NLP, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and model deployment .

• Practical experience with ML/DL frameworks such as

TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX , or similar.

• Proficiency with vector databases such as

FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, ChromaDB , or similar.

• Strong understanding of ML/DL concepts including transformers, neural networks, classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, and model evaluation.
• Ability to write clean, production-quality code with documentation and version control.
• Must have full-stack coding awareness and hands-on ability to integrate AI models with APIs, databases, frontend/backend systems, and web applications. Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Computer Vision such as object detection, segmentation, pose estimation, OCR, image classification, or video analytics.
• Knowledge of advanced AI techniques such as GANs, reinforcement learning, AI agents, multimodal AI, and autonomous workflows.
• Working knowledge of

DevOps practices , including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, cloud deployments, logging, and monitoring.

• Exposure to MLOps tools such as MLflow, DVC, experiment tracking, model monitoring, and automated deployment.
• Experience with SaaS products, enterprise AI platforms, chatbots, AI agents, FinTech, Blockchain, or automation platforms. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or applied AI product development.
• Strong problem-solving ability and experience converting business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud, data science, or MLOps will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile
