AI & Digital Operations Engineer

Role Description The AI & Digital Operations Engineer will work closely with technical teams to improve productivity by implementing AI tools. This is a hands-on role involving continuous interaction with engineers, researchers, management, and business development teams. The successful candidate will become the internal champion for AI-assisted workflows and digital project management.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Integration - Identify opportunities to improve engineering and administrative workflows using AI - Train employees on the effective use of AI tools - Develop standard AI prompts, agents, and reusable workflows. - Assist engineers in integrating AI into research, proposal writing, technical documentation, project planning, and reporting - Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend suitable solutions for the organization
• Workflow Automation - Design workflow automations using AI and no-code/low-code platforms - Connect business applications where appropriate - Improve documentation, knowledge management, and collaboration processes - Reduce repetitive administrative work through automation
• Documentation and Knowledge Management - Develop SOPs for AI-assisted workflows - Maintain internal knowledge repositories - Create training materials and conduct user workshops
• Continuous Improvement - Evaluate productivity improvements - Recommend new digital tools - Stay updated with developments in AI, automation, and project management software
