Under the hood it's not a "social media agency" — it's an AI system: Claude-powered writers, automated data pipelines, and a steady stream of small tools and microsites we ship for clients. You'll work directly with the founder on the machine that makes it all run. What you'll own

• Feed the system. Our content agent runs on a constant diet of fresh client data (posts, transcripts, analytics, research). Some sources flow in automatically; some are still painful manual uploads. Your job is both to keep the data flowing and to build the connectors that kill the manual work for good.
• Ship lead magnets. We ship 4-5 lead magnets a week: small repos, microsites, dashboards, and interactive tools deployed on Vercel. You'll be the production line that turns an idea into a live, polished thing by end of week, every week.
• Test and optimize models. We run a lot of AI generations. You'll build a simple eval harness to test different models (Claude Opus/Sonnet/Haiku and others) on real tasks and tell us which gives the best quality per rupee, then keep that honest over time. You're a fit if you
• Build fast with AI tools. You already use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar to ship real things, not just toy demos.
• Are comfortable in Python for glue/automation and can stand up a clean frontend + deploy it (Vercel/Next.js or similar).
• Can work in a messy, existing codebase without needing everything documented first.
• Have a shipper's instinct: you'd rather have something live and iterating than perfect and unshipped.
• Communicate clearly and self-direct. This is in-office and hands-on, but nobody will micromanage your task list. Nice to have (not required)
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or agent/MCP tooling.
• Familiarity with APIs like Notion, social platforms, or scraping/ingestion pipelines.
