AI Developer / Laravel PHP Developer (AI & ERP Integration)

Key Responsibilities

• AI Development & Integration: Design and implement AI-powered features using OpenAI APIs, LLMs, and other AI services.
• Intelligent ERP Solutions: Integrate AI capabilities into ERP modules for procurement, inventory, production, project management, billing, costing, and finance.
• AI Automation: Develop intelligent workflows for document extraction, data processing, business reporting, information retrieval, and repetitive task automation.
• LLM Applications: Work with prompt engineering, structured AI outputs, AI-powered chatbots, and context-aware business assistants.
• ERP Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Laravel, Core PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• AI-ERP Integration: Connect AI services with ERP databases, business workflows, and third-party applications through secure APIs.
• Data Processing: Develop solutions to extract, validate, summarize, and analyze business information using AI-assisted techniques.
• Application Optimization: Ensure the scalability, security, performance, and reliability of AI-enabled ERP applications.
• Collaboration: Work with ERP consultants, business analysts, QA engineers, and software developers to deliver business-oriented solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in AI application development or AI integration using APIs and LLMs.
• Practical knowledge of OpenAI APIs or similar generative AI platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Laravel, Core PHP, OOP, and MySQL.
• Experience in ERP development, ERP customization, or enterprise business applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, API integration, and database connectivity.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Ability to integrate AI services with existing software applications and business workflows.
• Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, function calling/tool use, and structured outputs from LLMs.
• Familiarity with Python and AI/ML frameworks or libraries.
• Experience with AI-based document processing, intelligent search, chatbots, and business data analytics.
• Knowledge of ERP modules such as procurement, inventory, production, project costing, billing, and finance.
• Familiarity with Git, Linux, cloud deployment, and application security.

Candidate Profile

• 36 years of professional software development experience.
• Practical experience in AI integration, with the ability to demonstrate implemented projects.
• Strong programming fundamentals and hands-on Laravel/PHP development skills.
• Understanding of enterprise software and real-world business processes.
• Willingness to work on production-ready AI features rather than only prototypes or theoretical AI concepts.
• Immediate joiners preferred/required.
