Job Description – AI Developer (Agentic AI / Python)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2–6 Years

Work Mode: Work from office Budget: 10- 16 LPA Key Responsibilities

• Customize, enhance, and maintain AI agents designed to monitor Git repositories and evaluate performance risks associated with code changes.
• Develop AI/ML-based anomaly detection mechanisms to identify high-risk code check-ins and potential performance issues.
• Enable AI agents to automatically trigger performance tests and execute performance testing pipelines based on risk assessments.
• Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for agent context management, tool orchestration, and workflow automation.
• Design, develop, and customize APIs for integration with CI/CD pipelines, dashboards, monitoring platforms, and alerting systems.
• Develop production-grade Python code for AI agent logic, workflow orchestration, automation pipelines, and model inference.
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and performance engineering teams to improve automation and testing efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance AI agent workflows for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for AI agents, APIs, integrations, and deployment processes. Required Skills
• 2–6 years of experience in AI/ML or AI application development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with AI Agents, Agentic AI, LLM-based applications, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Understanding of Machine Learning concepts, anomaly detection, and model inference.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, Gatling, LoadRunner, or equivalent solutions.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Git repositories and version control workflows.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software development lifecycle practices.
• Familiarity with AI workflow orchestration and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar agent orchestration concepts.
