Because is an AI-native brand and marketing agency. We build brands, run campaigns, and create content across education, real estate, lifestyle, and financial services. AI isn't a side feature here — it's how we work. This role is for someone who's already figured that out.

About the Role

This role is for an AI Visual Designer who uses AI as a primary design tool with intent and taste, creating production-ready visuals across social, brand, motion, web, and AI-generated imagery, while maintaining brand consistency and working at speed.

Responsibilities

What you'll make:

• Social media creatives — posts, carousels, stories, ad visuals — across multiple client brands
• Brand identity elements — logos, colour systems, typography, collateral, packaging
• Motion graphics and short-form video — reels, transitions, animated posts, brand films
• UI/UX mockups and web visuals — landing pages, app screens, presentation-ready interfaces
• AI-generated imagery — concept art, campaign visuals, mood boards, product renders — refined and production-ready, not raw outputs

How you'll work:

AI is your primary tool, not your last resort.

You'll use it to:

• Generate and iterate on visual concepts at speed
• Create imagery that would take days to shoot or illustrate
• Explore 10 directions in the time it used to take to make 1
• Produce consistent, on-brand visuals across large content volumes
• Then you'll bring your design judgment to make sure the output is actually good

Qualifications

You have 1–2 years of design experience.

Required Skills

You're a fit if

• You have 1–2 years of design experience and AI tools are already part of your daily workflow — not something you're planning to learn
• You've used Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Chat GPT, Claude, Kling, or similar tools to produce real work — not just experiments
• Your portfolio shows you can work across formats — social, brand, motion, web — without everything looking the same
• You understand brand consistency and can apply it even when AI wants to go somewhere else You're fast.
• You take feedback without ego and ship quickly
